Well my recent and last order with CFed, it took them 2 weeks just to inform me that the cigars I ordered weren't in stock and that it would be at least another 3 weeks before they'd have more. They also gave me the option to cancel the order if I wanted. Feeling upset with their lack of communication I decided to cancel the order. They never canceled the order, never responded back again, nothing. I did get my cigars a few weeks later however I'll never use that vendor again given the last experience. Normally I don't like to gripe on vendors over the boards but when you take 2 weeks to inform someone their order isn't in stock then don't respond back to a customer it sends a real bad message!!! Much better vendors out there with impeccable service.

wow yeah that's defiantly not a good customer service experience. You would think places would want to have good customer service with all the other options you can turn to for online cigar shopping
