Happy birthday Tony!

I know it’s Warped Wednesday, but I decide to give one of these Charter Oak Habano Torpedos another try. Bought a fiver of them in May of last year, tried one rott, and wasn’t impressed much. Time to see if 7 months has helped them at all.

What were your thoughts? I wasn’t impressed at all with the first charter oak I had but i do have another one since I want to give it a 2nd chance at some point

Not speaking for Chris, but I've been rather underwhelmed by them, especially for the level of hype they get.

Punch Gran Puro Rancho

Great taste and unique flavor. Just a hint of bitterness in the aftertaste, but not enough to be an issue.

Perfect draw,burn and construction

My second one of these and so far, they are consistently great smokes

Hahaha I actually brought that out to take the original photo because I assumed there were no taco shells in my house, but my husband happened to have gone to Chipotle for lunch and he fortuitously had an extra tortilla and my dino doesn't hold soft tacos

Fat and very tasty with lots of smoke volume

Just as good as the smaller R44, but in a larger, longer smoking format

Not speaking for Chris, but I've been rather underwhelmed by them, especially for the level of hype they get.

It was definitely better then the one I had rott, but not so much that I see myself buying them again. I know some people like them a lot, but for my taste, they just don’t cut it. Who knows, I have 3 left, maybe in another 6-8 months my thoughts will change.
