It's strong with a thick crema which means preserves the aroma. We call the weak coffee with a lot of water in it "wash up".

That's an interesting and cool looking little kettle. Is that Turkish or Greek coffee, and what brand? There's a few Greek/Mediterranean grocery stores around here so I'll try to find it.
