thanks for the replies. This input is why I posted. Never heard of them before and concerned about product quality control. I did not read the returns policy and that does give me concern about the restocking fee and correcting any problems. We all know that damaged goods sometimes get sent out and it is important to know that a seller will make any problems good. Will think before I order from them . Only a few items I buy by the box so that is another issue with them.
