That doesn’t mean that it won’t be a working smoking office!
I can still install a TV (but why? I rarely watch).
Currently, still re-laying the wooden flooring to repair some water damage. It is an engineered strand bamboo. Essentially taking up a few rows at a time then relaying again while replacing damaged boards as I go. Fortunately, I have enough unused boards remaining from when I installed it. Honestly though, it would probably have been easier to just tear it all up and start from scratch. I was too cheap to buy all new flooring, but I’m paying for it in my labors.
I have plans to install a rustic weathered and Shou Sugi Ban wood plank accent wall. Once the floor is done, I will move my winedor, totes, and a mini-fridge into the room.

I figured now would be the time to get your smoking room squared away before winter hits.
Sounds like you're going to have a boss setup with a smoking office. I'd salute you if I was on the other end of a business video call with you.
I have no idea what Shou Sugi is, but it sounds cool.
