Smoking Inside The House

I smoke in my basement. I have deep window wells. I put a fan in the window sucking out and a fan behind me blowing twards the window. Seems to work fairly well.

I spent nearly 6 months smoking inside an apartment once a week. I had 2 sliding glass doors to a patio where I kept one open, and used a fan to blow the smoke out. I would leave the windows open for a couple hours afterwards and the place reeked for a few days, but seemed to have no lasting effects. Wife didn't notice when she visited on the weekends, and when we moved out nothing was ever said.
