It's the second pic that says upload failed. It won't allow it to be uploaded. I just took another at a slightly different angle (first pic you can see) and it worked.

Ah, ok.
I have a lit of failed uploads all the time, but the are just one of a cigar alone, not me holding it and I get no message, so must be a separate issue
