Jumpin’ Railcars and Collectin' Cans
Not specifically a spot for the accessories, but I just put one of the foam things that comes with the travel humi between my lighter/cutter and the sticks I have in there. No trouble so far.

That would be a good solution. My wife accidentally threw out the foam dividers it came with. and I won't fly with the travel humidor I have. It seals air tight and when I fly the pressure difference seals it so tight I have to pry it open with a knife and I worry about accidentally damaging the sticks inside when I have to do that.

Just close the lid on a small piece of string or heavy thread. Ought to make it leak just enough to equalize.

You could try using a blowtorch 
Re lighter and cutter in the traveldor with no foam padding... a bic disposable lighter and a cheap plastic cutter with rounded edges would probably not do too much damage.
You oughta know not to stand by the window, somebody see you up there.
