I would say that a two-way humidification device such as a Boveda is always needed. Your ambient RH might be OK now, but that will eventually change with the seasons. Bovedas are cheap--look on Amazon for the 62RH ones. As

said, when used with airtight containers, they're set it and forget. I've never done a recharge of any of mine, however I live in a climate where humidity is high in the summer and that probably naturally recharges them. Might be a different story wherever you live.
When I first got into cigars, I spent so much time thinking about storage and RH. Then I got some plastic containers and some Bovedas and I haven't thought about it since. I don't even have hygrometer anymore. The batteries ran out and I ditched it.
