Ugh. I hate breathing someone's second hand smoke as much as anyone and I never would walk down a busy sidewalk smoking a smelly cigar but to actually pass a law banning something that is little more than an inconvenience or even just a stench?? Next they should ban body odor and passing gas. I've been in line behind some unwashed slob reeking of BO and let me tell you, if he would have been smoking a cigar to mask the funk that would have been a relief I'd have welcomed.
