I'm sure there is a thread buried on this somewhere in the depths because I'm late to the party here but have any of y'all had issues with Bijou? I read about the problems with Carolina Red Flake but did not realize Bijou had similar problems. Saw a video from this month with someone showing a bad tin.

I have 6 tins, opened one last night to jar and monitor (was hoping to sit on all of them!) It's marked 10/16. I'm hoping any problems were from earlier batches.

Any info would be great.
