    Were they moldy upon initial seal breakage? The tin I popped last night was fine, but I've read they can turn once opened if the spores are there. Anyone know how long that might take?

    In retrospect, it smelled 'off' when I popped it. Visible mold developed in the jar within a couple weeks.
