Read this through the web journal he did and couldn't stop. Now it's in book and ebook form. Great read if you're into zombie fiction

I'm a sucker for cheesy ghost stories and the author of this used to have a spot on the local news back home telling these stories so I can hear his voice with each one

The entire Discworld series is great. It's a shame Terry Pratchett passed away not long ago.

Wonderful suspense thriller, which was made into one of the best movies ever with Robert Mitchum

If you're a fan of the old West like me, this is a great book. The author lived around the turn of the century and interviewed people who actually had firsthand knowledge of the people he was writing about. Great read.

Book I'm currently reading. True story about a young man who was found near death on the shore near where I grew up in the mid 1800's. His legs were amputated and he would never reveal to anyone who he was or where he was from.

Finished the first one a while back and am in the middle of the 2nd one right now. Loved the first book, and the 2nd is just as good so far. Great recommendation!

Louis L'amour is pretty darn popular for his Western novels and I have read most of them. This one is probably my favorite. It's in more modern times and has a Sci-Fi element. Great book.

@Lostmason - Deception Point was Dan Brown's worst book IMO, any of his others I'd recommend.

This is an interesting and even important book - scientists, psychologists and philosophers taking parapsychology seriously and using the evidence to form new theories of the human mind, life after death etc.
