    @Tobias; maybe a moderator should invite Russ over? Trish_at_CBid is here so maybe she is covering this end? Customer service is more her thing than Russ's but he has been know many times to help out in certain situations.

    I think last year there was such a rush that it crashed their system for a half hour or so before you could place your final order. YES a LOT of people like freebees too.

    I just went to get my shopping cart ready to go and low and behold, it showed the IPSD Goodie Box in my cart. I went ahead and clicked on the purchase button today...we will see if I do in fact get the Goodie Box that is shown on my receipt.
