I got these, and they seem to hold about 2oz. I don't pack it in the jar super tight though.

A 100g tin of flake will fit easily into these. I try to stick to this size, so I can open one jar and smoke it while letting more of the same tobacco continue to age uninterrupted.

Another good point, if you keep opening your jar it will eventually stop sealing itself. The leaf will stay fresh (moisture content) but if you're going for looong term storage you might find you blend tastes different in years to come.
