Made a small change, I can only sell 99 tickets since I am probably using the Pick 3 to determine winner.

So eliminate the first number in drawing and the next two will be the winner. Example 714 comes out, whomever has ticket 14 wins.

I will assign everyone tickets based on thread time-stamp.
