Nothing!!!

I've smoked nothing for about 3 days!!! No pipes, no cigars, no vaping, no Djarums, no RYO ciggies, nothing, no nicotine at all.

Had some kind of bug for a couple days that gave me headaches and made it difficult to stay awake at work. I think I'm over it now, but then I threw my back out this morning. I think a good case of jock itch would pretty well round things out
