How old is too old for tinned tobacco?

Whatever happened to this thread?

I got well and smoked some of the Virginia No. 1 and wrote a review:

It is one of the best tobacco experiences in memory. I still have one sealed tin of it and a little less than half of an open tin in a Mason jar. I have not opened any of the other tins.
