I'm a few hours south of you in western NY.
We have a few Toronto guys who roll down this way to hit up my most local shop which is native American owned and tax free. They're big Padron guys and the money they save is incredible. We thought New York had high cigar taxes until they rolled in and told us of yours ! They even bring the wives so they can take back more sticks.
