Greetings! New to the site...

Question for Mods, or anyone with the answer...

When I ever I reply to other threads, it states that it has to be approved by a mod; also, there is a captcha for everyvtime I post. Is this a probationary thing to help prevent spam?

I looked around for a "sticky" but could not find an answer. Maybe Im blind.

If so, how long does this period last? If not, how does I change it?

It lasts for 10 posts and only affects posts with attachments or links. Looks like you are past the 10 post count now and all of your posts are up now. Yes, it's intent is to prevent spam. Please let us know if it continues!

Also, thank you for the contribution. The captcha should go away after the post limit but with the status change from the contribution that should make it stop as well. Let me know if you have any further issues.

Sweet, those are resolved. I dont seem to be able to "like" or "thank" a post.

I can see that others have done those actions; but those button are not available to me.

Are you viewing the site from a mobile device? If so, go the very bottom and select the "Full Site" option. The mobile version is a little watered down. If that is not the case or doesn't resolve, let us know, and I will have it looked into.
