    From memory Sean, I was aware of the connection between K. Hansotia, Gurkha, and Sherpa at the time I purchased these (2004). I can't remember ever purchasing/smoking a Gurkha cigar before that time, but I was curious about the cigars coming out of their factory. According to the internet, Gurka was under Hansotia's ownership as of 1988.

    At the time of purchase, I remember thinking about Rocky Patel and the bundle blow outs on the original Indian Tabac Super Fuerte cigars. I was hoping the Sherpas might be similarly good and affordable cigars. Wrappers on these sealed the deal.
