This is too funny as I was thinking how much I dont like peaches and not really into Latakia either lol.

I also thought about trying to make some Cavendish and the more I thought about it the more I thought I should just let someone else do it and stay out of trouble.

I'll admit I had my doubts at first. This is a collaborative effort a few of us started on Puff a while back. The flavoring was mainly @Madbricky 's in inspiration. Turned out quite nice. PM me your address & I can put a few slices in the mail for you.

Re making cavendish - just do it, nothing could be easier - steam, dry, jar, clean up your wife's kettle (that last part sounds like a euphenism, doesn't it?).
