AFAIK he is, although it's been a while since I've bought anything from him. I just checked his ebay store and there's nothing in it - he doesn't sell tobacco on ebay of course, but he sells some cigar-making equipment.

He's too busy with his farming to keep up the website from what he said. His inventory is always changing, so when you write, ask for his current price list. I bought several pounds from him in May; just got around to stripping it last week. He is growing his own orientals now - Bursa and Samsun. And he has some interesting other strains that he is producing at higher cost.
