That's an interesting idea! I will run it by the developer and see if that is possible. And you are not over-thinking it at all, the formula accounts for round cigars, and therefore accounts for the tiny amounts of space left in between each cigar.

While we're thinking of additional parameters for this, how about this idea...How about breaking down accountability for the different vitolas people will be storing? Have all the various vitolas listed with a box that you can put the percentage of those sizes you anticipate having on hand. Such as 10% robusto; 20% lancero; 15% churchill etc. That way the tool can tell you how many of each vitola you can fit in the humi. And, maybe have it show a chart of how you will need to organize them in order to make them all fit...
