Wait so you can bring a soft flame lighter in your carry on luggage?

According to FAA bulletin I linked, no. Has to be on person or carryon.

{I can't say if you put one in a Tranzpak that it would be a problem. But I am walking on with a soft flame in my pocket with no problem [after letting it go through X-Ray.}
