DC itself is horrible for driving & I'll avoid it whenever possible. If I have to go into the city, I usually try to park in the outskirts and take the metro (subway). & in the suburban areas, the driving is the worst I've seen anywhere, and that includes some 3rd world countries I've driven in, including Italy

It was a nightmare driving there! The funny thing was that I was stuck at a light and I looked over at the sidewalk and the Senator from Oklahoma (David Boren) at the time was standing there on the corner. I had a couple of drinks earlier and yelled out the window that I knew him. His security jumped in front of him freaking out. I told them to look at my licence plate as I was from Oklahoma and I thought it was cool that I ran into him in DC. I couldn't wait to get out of that city as it's a little busy for me.....

It may be called a District...but jah see District comes with a tag...like Red Light, etc.
Don't wish to print long form of D. C. Gotta member tha chilluns, ya kno.
Big ole waste uv $ them policks wot be there.
But security costs make no sense.
Could save lotsa $$ by having Smokin' Monkey get Green cards fer a half Milyon ov his kin folk, les cost tew us ta keep em in smokes...
in fack they could carve out a part a th Damn C__Tz District an tha $$$$ frum their Red Light area would pay fer the hole She Bang Bang biz.
