Benchmade by Ashton. These are a Pepin cigar. Full of flavor and hard to beat at less than $3 a stick. I have been praising these on the cigar sites for years.

Over the winter, I stocked a few brands I know I like for the coming yard 'gar season: Gran Habano Vintage 2002 robustos and Azteca Fuerte Torpedoes plus some 5 Vegas Classic robustos. And though more in price but really not a whole lot better, imho, I think the Latitude Zero torpedoes I have will fit the bill for this, too.

I've got a special place in my heart for yard gars. And the ones listed in this tread are some of the best. I'll throw in the Finck's Havanna Blend and the Flor de Oliva (with a year rest). My cheap ass gets some kinda weird internal jollies out of smoking and loving a cigar that costs me like 1/10 of the ones in my "special" humi. I've found myself saying "man, this is a great cigar at any price" way more often than I've said "well, that was a waste of two dollars and an hour."
I've seen pigs in boxes and I've seen pigs raised for slaughter.

Villiger La Libertad - great smoke for $2. Hell, even for $6!
