Well we have finally finished the deal.
The tobacco that I ordered on February 12 just arrived at my office. It would have been lost forever had I not posted on their Facebook page.
I had 6 emails over the course of about 3 weeks go unanswered so I went on their public Facebook page and told them I was going to call my CC company and dispute the charge if I didn't hear something.
I had a manager respond on FB and told me to email her the details.
I did and she said somehow the order got lost in the fray and most likely ended up in someone else's box.
Anyway, 2 months and 1 day later, I have my tobacco.
Glad its over.
