Acrylic Stems ? Vermont Freehand
I don't think the middle one will fit the cob shanks, but I suspect the other two do. I use em on my cobs and I'm happy with them.

I wouldn't be averse to spinning a drill on a cob to make it fit.

3/8" would be bigger than the shank could feasible be bored out to. the 5/16 it fine though, basically stock. Unless your replace the shank with some kinda fancy wood and bore that out to 3/8"!

Glad to help. They are a slight step down from forever stems, but at approx 20% of the cost. For me, definitely the right call. And they are long wearing too, I've had mine a couple years and virtually no tooth wear. Easy to bend also, just heat up over stove until it starts to get soft/flexy.
