Just smoked a good sized bowl of 'The Professor' in a Barling Canadian

I would consider this a milder, gentler version of 'Einstein'. Initial light was sweet with sort of a damp, musty taste that reminds me a lot of the 'HPCS Pine Grove' that I like. However, unlike Pine Grove, The Professor has an underlying sort of cinnamon, vanilla, baking spice flavor that remains throughout the bowl (obviously there's no pine flavor either). It's mild on the nose and tongue - to me anyway which may not mean much because I constantly eat spicy things i.e. habenero peppers so I'm a little dulled to things people consider 'spicy'. The blend burned rather well although it did get a bit wet toward the bottom. There was a little bit of a soapy taste creeping in toward the end of the smoke - usually on relights. Don't know if this was from my Zippo or the tobacco but I noticed it both times I smoked this blend. It wasn't perfumey like a Lakeland, just a light detergent taste. Peppery spice reared its head just a bit from mid-bowl to the end, which was nice. There was no bite. I could smoke this stuff all day.
