Discussion about returns and exchanges is fine as long as it is all kept civil. This thread is about Jonathan's exchange of damaged cigars. Whether you agree with him or don't you should be able to respect him and his thread. If you have no respect for Jonathan, that's fine too. Again, either take it to a PM and discuss it with him personally or walk away. We don't all have to be best friends here, but it needs to stay respectful. That's true for anyone posting here about Jonathan's exchange or any of the responses to it.
