    Drew Estate has a form to fill out for just this kind of situation. How is it his bad for filling it out?

    Are you omniscient? How do you know the box wasn't dropped as it was being loaded at the Drew Estate factory?

    Edit: Lots of companies that make consumables have a "quality/satisfaction" return policy. Are you saying that if I open a bag of Pepperidge Farm Milanos and find they've all been cracked that I am a bad person for seeing if they will replace them for me?
